01

Flexible UK career

Successful applicants can work as an employee, be self-employed or become a company director, subject to visa conditions.

02

Build a longer-term future

The route can be granted for up to five years at a time and may lead to settlement after three or five years, depending on the route and eligibility.

03

Family options

An eligible partner and children may apply as dependants, with their own applications and fees.

04

Additional financial support

If costs are a concern, ask us about a confidential financial-support assessment and available service-payment options. Support is subject to assessment and is not guaranteed.

Important: RKS provides general information, career preparation and relocation support—not visa decisions or unregulated legal advice. Where individual immigration advice is required, clients should use an IAA-regulated adviser or authorised solicitor. UKVI decides every application.

RKS workforce network

Looking for work—or looking for people?

Join our organised workforce database so the RKS team can match candidates by trade, location, work status and availability, and understand each employer's recruitment and sponsorship requirements.

Candidate registration and work-finding support are free. The employer fee covers employer-side administration only. Registration does not guarantee work, workers, sponsorship, a visa or any other outcome. Employer company details are reviewed against Companies House where applicable.

Practical support for companies, applicants and students

From employer sponsorship preparation to study and career planning, our team helps you understand the process, organise the right information and take the next step with confidence.

Sponsor-readiness administration for companies

We help UK companies organise business operations, HR records and commercial information that may be relevant to sponsor readiness. Immigration advice and formal application work must be delivered or supervised by an appropriately authorised professional.

  • Company setup and operating-process guidance
  • Sponsor-ready business plan preparation
  • HR systems, record-keeping and compliance audits
  • Financial-readiness and evidence preparation
  • Administrative document collation and authorised-adviser coordination
  • Post-licence compliance planning
End-to-end support package£5,000 GBPRKS professional service fee. Home Office fees and other third-party costs are charged separately.

We can also assess whether additional financial support or service-payment options may be available.

Visa information and document organisation

We provide general process information and help clients organise documents they have already been asked to provide. Eligibility assessments, route selection, application advice and representations are referred to an IAA-regulated adviser or authorised solicitor.

University selection support

Compare courses, entry requirements, location, costs and career relevance so you can build a well-informed shortlist. Admission decisions remain with each university.

Local job support for students

Get help finding suitable local and part-time opportunities, preparing your CV and understanding employer expectations while staying within the work conditions of your visa.

Join our WhatsApp community for updates about student-friendly jobs and accommodation opportunities.

Please note: The £5,000 GBP package covers RKS business-administration and sponsor-readiness support only; it excludes Home Office charges, legal advice and other third-party costs. Any regulated immigration work must be agreed separately with an appropriately authorised professional. Financial assistance and payment options are subject to assessment and are not guaranteed. The Home Office makes every sponsor licence and visa decision.

Recruitment built around clear checks

We separate free work-finding from optional paid support, review employer information and explain what RKS can—and cannot—provide.

Candidate access stays free

Registering, viewing vacancies and being considered for work do not require a candidate payment.

Employers are reviewed

Where applicable, we request the legal company name, Companies House number, registered-office postcode and sponsorship intention.

Immigration boundaries are clear

RKS provides general information and administrative support. Personal immigration advice is referred to an IAA-regulated adviser or authorised legal professional.

Concerns can be reported

If a vacancy, message or sponsorship claim appears suspicious, email hello@rksagency.co.uk before sharing documents or money.
