Complaints procedure
We want concerns handled clearly, fairly and without affecting a candidate’s access to legitimate work-finding support.
Last updated 22 August 2026How to complain
Email hello@rksagency.co.uk with “Formal complaint” in the subject, or write to RKS Agency, 736–740 Romford Road, London E12 6BT. Include your name, reference, what happened and the outcome you are seeking. Do not email identity or banking documents.
What happens next
We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days, investigate them objectively and provide a written final response within 20 working days. If more time is reasonably required, we will explain why and give a revised date.
External concerns
- Personal information: complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
- Recruitment-agency conduct: contact the relevant UK labour-market enforcement authority or seek independent legal advice.
- Immigration advice: concerns about regulated or unregulated immigration advice may be reported to the Immigration Advice Authority.
- Consumer issues: contact Citizens Advice consumer service or your local Trading Standards service.
No retaliation
Raising a complaint in good faith will not cause RKS to withhold lawful work-finding services or take detrimental action against a work-seeker.
