Terms of service

These terms explain the service RKS provides, what fees cover and the responsibilities of candidates, employers and consultation clients.

Business identity

Services are provided by RKS UK PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as RKS Agency, company number 15659148, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 736–740 Romford Road, London E12 6BT. Contact hello@rksagency.co.uk or +44 7717 229582.

Candidates and work-finding

Candidate registration and work-finding services are free. RKS does not charge work-seekers for finding or trying to find employment. Registration lasts for an initial review period of 12 months and does not guarantee an interview, job, salary, visa or sponsorship. Optional paid career services, where offered, are separate and are never a condition of receiving work-finding support.

Employer registration

The £10 employer registration fee covers employer-side workforce administration for 12 months. It does not guarantee a worker, introduction, successful hire or sponsorship outcome. Employers must provide accurate company, role, pay, working-condition and sponsorship information and comply with employment, equality, right-to-work, health-and-safety and recruitment law.

Vacancy advertising and recruitment fees

Employers and authorised recruiters may submit genuine vacancies for review. RKS may agree an employer-paid advertising, recruitment or introduction fee under separate written business terms. Candidate job-finding and applications are free. Employers must not ask a candidate to pay for access to a vacancy or recruitment outcome. RKS may verify, amend, reject or remove any vacancy and submission does not guarantee publication, applicants or a successful hire.

Career consultations

A £10 booking purchases the described 30-minute consultation. Before paying, the booking page shows the appointment details and available times. The consultation provides career information and practical preparation. It does not guarantee an employment or immigration outcome.

Immigration boundaries

Unless RKS identifies a named appropriately authorised professional, RKS provides only general information, document organisation and referral support. RKS does not assess an individual’s immigration eligibility, select an immigration route for them, provide legal advice, make representations or guarantee a Home Office decision. Personal immigration advice must come from an IAA-regulated adviser or another authorised legal professional.

Cancellations and refunds

Consumers generally have 14 days from an online service contract to cancel. If you ask us to begin during that period, you may have to pay a reasonable amount for work already supplied. Once a service has been fully performed following your express request and acknowledgement, the cancellation right may end. To cancel, email hello@rksagency.co.uk with your name, service, booking or payment reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Refunds do not affect statutory rights.

Accuracy and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and must not submit fraudulent vacancies, misleading sponsorship claims, unlawful requirements or another person’s information without authority. RKS may pause or close a record where information cannot be verified or use would be unlawful.

Complaints

Use our complaints procedure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits statutory consumer rights.
